WHOIS
The WHOIS command is used to query information about one or more users.
User Information Query
Usage: WHOIS [<server>] <user mask>[,<user mask>...]<server> (Optional) The server to query. If omitted, the current server is used.
<user mask> One or more user masks, separated by commas, to query information for.
This command retrieves detailed information about the specified users. Multiple user masks can be provided, separated by commas. If a server is specified, the query is directed to that server.
