OPER

The OPER command is used by a client to gain operator privileges. This command is typically used after a successful registration with the server. The client must provide a valid operator account and password.

Operator Privilege Gain
Usage: OPER <account> <password>
<account> The operator account name.
<password> The operator password.

Upon successful authentication, the client's mode is changed to reflect operator status, granting them access to operator-level commands and functionalities.
