TOPIC
The TOPIC command is used to set or view the topic of a channel.
Channel Topic
Usage: TOPIC <channel> [<topic>]<channel> The channel to set or view the topic for.
<topic> (Optional) The new topic for the channel. If omitted, the current topic is displayed.
This command allows users to set or view the topic of a channel. If a topic is provided, the channel's topic is updated. If no topic is provided, the current channel topic is displayed.
