CONNECT
The CONNECT command is used by servers to establish a connection to another server.
This is a privileged command and requires both "Global Access" and "Network Controls" permissions.
Connecting to Another Server
Usage: CONNECT <target server> [<port> [<remote server>]]<target server> The server to connect to.
<port> (Optional) The port to connect to (default is 6667).
<remote server> (Optional) The server from which the connection is being initiated.
